<If less than one year has passed since purchase>
●We will repair the product free of charge if the string has come loose or the thread has come undone within one year of purchase. However, we ask that you pay for the shipping fee when you send the product to us. If we return the repaired product to you, we will pay for the shipping fee.

<If more than one year has passed since purchase>
● Repair costs will be charged. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that you will also be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

<About repair availability>
●We do not accept repairs for scratches, stains, or damage to fabric caused by the customer.

●Please note that there may be cases where repair is not possible.

●Whether or not a repair can be performed and the cost will be determined after the repair item has been inspected. Please contact us using the inquiry form , inputting the date of purchase, the store where you purchased the item, and details of the affected area. Once we have confirmed the details, we will inform you of the return method and repair period. If the repair requires a fee, we will not proceed until we receive your approval.

2. Confirm repair details by email
3. We will contact you to let you know if the product can be repaired and provide an estimate.
4. Send us the item for repair
5. Repairs (repair period: approximately 2 weeks to 3 months)
6. After the repair is completed, please check the repaired area with photos.
7. Returning the repaired item

<Repair period>
● It will take about 2 weeks to 3 months. Please note this in advance. It will vary depending on the repair content, so we will contact you again after confirming the repair details.

<Other notes>
●We will repair the product in the best possible way, but we cannot guarantee that the repaired product will be of the same quality as a new product. Please be aware of this in advance.

●If you decide to have the product repaired at a repair shop, we will not be able to pay any costs associated with the repair.
